Welcome to The Frame Gallery’s website. By using this website, placing an order, or working with us on a custom framing or printing project, you agree to the terms below.

Section 1 - Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to help you learn about our custom framing, printing, and artwork services. We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, current, or error-free.

Section 2 - Quotes and Estimates

Any price, quote, or estimate we give you - in person, by phone, by email, or online - is an estimate only. It is not a final price until we have written up your actual order (in person or through an approved order form or invoice). Final pricing can change based on materials selected, size, complexity, and availability.

Section 3 - Deposits

Custom orders typically require a deposit before work begins. Your deposit reserves your place in our production queue and secures the materials for your project. Deposits are applied toward the final price of your order.

Section 4 - Turnaround Times

Any turnaround time we give you is an estimate, not a guarantee. Custom framing and printing involve hand work and materials that sometimes have to be special-ordered, so actual completion times can vary. We will do our best to keep you updated if your project’s timeline changes.

Section 5 - Uncollected Completed Work

Please pick up completed work promptly. If a completed order is not picked up within 90 days of our notice that it is ready, we may charge a reasonable storage fee, and after further notice we reserve the right to consider the order abandoned and dispose of or repurpose the materials to recover our costs. We will always try to reach you first using the contact information you provided.

Section 6 - Custom Orders Are Not Returnable

Because every framing and printing order is custom-made to your specifications (size, materials, artwork, etc.), custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once work has begun, except where required by law or where we made an error in fulfilling your specific, written order.

Section 7 - Copyright and Ownership of Submitted Images

If you ask us to print, reproduce, scan, or frame an image, photograph, artwork, or document, you are confirming that you own that image or otherwise have the legal right to have it reproduced. You agree to release and hold The Frame Gallery harmless from any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property claim arising from materials you ask us to print or reproduce. We reserve the right to decline any print job we reasonably believe may infringe someone else’s rights.

Section 8 - Limitation of Liability

We take care with every piece that comes through our shop, but accidents can happen. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Frame Gallery’s liability for any loss or damage to artwork, photographs, or other items left in our care is limited to the lesser of the item’s documented replacement or material cost, or the amount you paid us for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If an item is irreplaceable or of unusual value, please let us know before drop-off so we can discuss appropriate care and options.

Section 9 - Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our business or the law changes. The version posted on this page is the version currently in effect.
